The biggest jigsaw puzzle sold is Dowdle's 60,000-piece What a Wonderful World, 8 x 29 feet, listed at $999 but sold out when we checked. Grafika lists a 54,000-piece puzzle. Where can I find retired giant puzzles?
Some famous giants are not made anymore. You can still find them used or sealed on eBay. Prices jump around, so check the photos and count the bags. Our missing piece guide helps if one is short.
What space and gear do I need for a giant?
- Measure first. Your table or floor needs to be bigger than the finished size, plus room to sort.
- Build it in parts. Many giants come in bags or sections. Finish one part at a time.
- Sort into trays. Edges in one, colors in others. It saves your back.
- Boards stop at 2000. The puzzle boards and mats we track fit up to 2000 pieces. For 3000+, use a big table or a clean floor.
