Retired Liberty Puzzles
Liberty Puzzles makes wooden jigsaw puzzles with fun "whimsy" pieces shaped like little things. When Liberty retires a design, you can only find it secondhand.
What to look for
- Complete or not
- Ask if every piece is there, including the whimsy pieces. Wooden puzzles are easy to count once built, so good sellers will say.
- Condition
- Check for chipped edges or scratched pictures. Wooden pieces last a long time, but they can still get damaged.
- Box and extras
- The original box with its picture and title makes the puzzle easier to sell again later.
- Make sure it is retired
- Check Liberty's own site first. If the puzzle is still for sale new, buying new may be the better deal.
