Rare Wasgij puzzles
Wasgij (jigsaw spelled backward) puzzles are a twist: the box picture is not what you build. You build what the people on the box can see. Most Wasgij puzzles are cheap secondhand, but a few limited editions are not.
What to look for
- Limited editions
- Special and anniversary editions were made in small numbers. These are the ones that can be worth more.
- Maker
- Older Wasgij puzzles came from Falcon. Check the box for the maker's name.
- Complete or not
- Ask if every piece is there. A missing piece makes even a rare one worth much less.
- Sealed vs open
- A sealed rare edition is worth more than an open one.
