Monthly puzzle giveaway: official rules

1. No purchase necessary

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. Buying anything won't improve your chances. There is a free way to enter without subscribing (see section 4).

2. Sponsor

The giveaway is run by PieceDrop (piecedrop.com), contact: [email protected]. PieceDrop is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any puzzle brand, including the maker of any prize.

3. Who can enter

Legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 or older when they enter. Void where prohibited. PieceDrop's owner and members of their household can't win.

4. How to enter

• Subscribe: sign up for the free PieceDrop newsletter on piecedrop.com/giveaway or any signup form on the site. If we send you an email asking you to confirm your address, you need to confirm it. Subscribers are automatically entered in every monthly drawing while they're still subscribed at the end of the month.
• Free entry without subscribing: email [email protected] with the subject "Giveaway entry" and your name. This enters you in the current month's drawing only and does not sign you up for the newsletter. Email entries count the same as subscriber entries.

One entry per person per month, no matter how you enter. Entries made by bots or scripts, or with fake or throwaway email addresses, don't count.

5. Entry period

Each giveaway runs for one calendar month. It starts at 12:00 AM Eastern Time on the first day of the month and ends at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the last day of the month. The first giveaway is for October 2026 (October 1 to October 31, 2026), and then a new giveaway runs every calendar month. Anyone subscribed when a month's entry period ends is included in that month's drawing.

6. How the winner is picked

Within 7 days after each month ends, we pick one winner at random from all eligible entries for that month. Your odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries we receive.

7. Telling the winner

We notify the winner by email. The winner has 7 days to reply and send a US shipping address. If they don't reply in time, aren't eligible, or the email bounces, they forfeit the prize and we draw a new winner at random.

8. The prize

One jigsaw puzzle with an approximate retail value of up to $25, shipped free within the US. Each month's prize is shown on the giveaway page. No cash instead of the prize, and the prize can't be transferred. If the listed puzzle becomes unavailable, we'll send a puzzle of similar or greater value. The winner is responsible for any taxes on the prize.

9. Privacy

We use your email address to send you the PieceDrop newsletter. You can unsubscribe anytime with the link at the bottom of every email. Email entries are only used to run the giveaway. When we announce a winner, we partially hide their email address (for example, j•••@g•••.com). More in our privacy policy.

10. The fine print

We may cancel, pause or change the giveaway if something outside our control (like fraud or a technical problem) affects it. By entering, you agree to these rules. Questions? Email [email protected].
