Puzzle competition near me

Pick your state

We list every state that currently has a dated contest, puzzle night or series in our data. Counts include dated events and recurring series.

Puzzle clubs, nights and meetups

Recurring local puzzle nights, clubs and groups are usually easier to find than one-off contests. Start with libraries, game stores and swap hosts, then check our state list above for dated nights already in the calendar.

Where recurring nights usually live

• Public libraries. Many run monthly puzzle nights or keep a puzzle library you can borrow from. See our directory of puzzle libraries.
• Game stores and cafés. Ask the counter about tabletop or jigsaw nights; our puzzle stores directory lists shops that sell puzzles and often host events.
• Puzzle swaps. Finished-puzzle exchanges are a common club activity. Browse puzzle swaps and bring extras to trade.
• Score a club night. Print our free club-night scorecard for friendly timed rounds.

How to find a group near you

Pick your state in the grid above for dated contests and series we already track. Then search Meetup, Facebook groups and your library’s events calendar for “puzzle night,” “jigsaw club” or “puzzle group,” and call a nearby game store. If you host a recurring night, send it in so we can list it with the other events.
